Mr Silvers believes Überbartools is still in the growth phase since opening his business in 2007. Mr Silvers stated “growth was essentially unsteady at first as it was one year before the 2008 Global Financial Crisis. This originally affected the financial goals of the business, however post GFC there has been rapid growth via the investments undertaken in technology and our product range.” Mr Silvers believes the growth phase will continue until 2017 and will try to renew the business with further investments.
